Material of goggles

Medical goggles are composed of lenses and frames, and there are no special requirements for the materials of frames. Lenses can be made of polycarbonate, optical resin, and polymethyl methacrylate, with unique optical crystal materials and exclusive special processes, such as blue light, ultraviolet light, optical radiation, and impact resistance.

Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate is called PC for short. At present, most goggles on the market are made of polycarbonate. Polycarbonate has the advantages of high transparency, good impact resistance, not easy to break, and can withstand steam, cleaning agents, heating, and large dose radiation disinfection, without yellowing and physical property degradation.

Optical resin

Optical resin refers to the synthetic resin used to glue optical parts to achieve certain optical properties. It is commonly used in glasses, indoor lighting products, etc. The optical resin lens is light in weight, not easy to crack, and has strong anti-fog properties.

Polymethyl methacrylate

Also called plexiglass, we often call it acrylic, which has good transparency, chemical stability, mechanical properties and weather resistance, easy dyeing, easy processing, beautiful appearance, and other advantages.
